Functional Briefs, Schedules of Accommodation and Service Planning
Functional Briefs provide detailed information to accurately define the project's scope of works, mitigating the risk of incomplete or inaccurate assumptions. Aligned with the principles of Change Management and Facility and Service Design, we support our clients to achieve Business Case readiness, and demonstrate project readiness for procurement, whilst also informing the necessary project documentation. Through co-design, we ensure collaborative development of Functional Briefs for effective project implementation.
